LANDLORD INSURANCE ยท GEORGIA

Landlord insurance for Georgia rental property owners.

A homeowners policy does not cover rental property. Once you rent your home to a tenant, most carriers require a separate DP-3 dwelling policy. Landlord insurance covers the structure, loss of rent, and your liability as the property owner.

Tenant's personal property is the tenant's responsibility. Encourage your tenants to carry renters insurance.
