Coverage We Offer
Compare home, auto, flood, umbrella, and business insurance options. As an independent agency, we shop multiple A-rated carriers to find the right fit.
Collector Auto Insurance
A standard auto policy pays actual cash value which accounts for depreciation. For a 1967 Mustang or a low-mileage exotic that has appreciated, actual cash value is wrong. Collector car insurance uses agreed value so you know exactly what you will recover if the car is totaled.
Farm and Rural Property Insurance
Standard homeowners policies are built for suburban homes. A Georgia farm or rural property has outbuildings, equipment, livestock, and exposures that a standard standard homeowners policy does not cover. Farm and ranch insurance is a separate product built for working land.
Home Business Insurance
About 16 million Americans operate businesses from home. A standard homeowners policy excludes business property above a low threshold and provides no business liability coverage at all. If you run any commercial activity from your home you need a separate business policy or endorsement.
Scheduled Personal Property Insurance
Standard homeowners and renters policies cover personal property as a group up to a total limit, with sublimits for specific categories. Cameras, musical instruments, sports equipment, and collectibles often exceed these sublimits. A scheduled articles rider or standalone policy covers each item individually at its agreed value.
Short-Term Rental Insurance
Airbnb's AirCover and VRBO's coverage programs provide some protection but they are not insurance policies. Both have exclusions and claim processes that regularly leave hosts with gaps. A dedicated short-term rental policy covers your property commercially from the first night of your first guest.
Other Personal Insurance
Olive Cover writes a broad range of personal insurance beyond the standard home and auto lines. If you have a coverage need not listed elsewhere, reach out and we will find the right fit.
Business Owners Policy
A Business Owners Policy combines commercial property and general liability into a single policy. For most small businesses with a physical location or business property, a business package policy is the most cost-effective way to get the basics in place.
Commercial Auto Insurance
Personal auto policies exclude most business use of a vehicle. If you have vehicles in the business name, employees driving on company time, or any regular business driving beyond commuting, you need commercial auto coverage.
Cyber Liability Insurance
A single ransomware attack or data breach can cost a small business $200,000 or more in response, recovery, regulatory fines, and lawsuits. Cyber liability is no longer specialty coverage. It is essential for almost every business that uses email, processes payments, or stores customer data.
General Liability Insurance
General liability pays when your business operations cause bodily injury or property damage to a third party. Most commercial leases require it. Most client contracts require it. It is usually the first commercial policy a business buys.
