Coverage We Offer
Compare home, auto, flood, umbrella, and business insurance options. As an independent agency, we shop multiple carriers to find the right fit.
Professional Liability Insurance (Errors and Omissions)
General liability covers bodily injury and property damage. It does not cover claims that your professional advice, design, service, or work caused a client to lose money. That is what professional liability (errors and omissions) covers.
Workers Compensation Insurance
Almost every state requires workers compensation insurance once a business has employees. Four states (Ohio, North Dakota, Washington, and Wyoming) operate monopoly state funds where workers comp must be purchased through the state. Everywhere else it is placed through private carriers. workers comp covers medical treatment, lost wages, and employer liability for work-related injuries and occupational illnesses.
Home and Auto Bundle
Most people assume bundling home and auto with one carrier always saves money. It usually does, but not always. As an independent agent we can show you the numbers both ways. If splitting policies gets you better coverage and a lower combined premium, we will tell you.
Vacant Home Insurance
A standard homeowners policy can lapse or restrict coverage when a home is vacant for more than 30 to 60 days. Vacant home policies are written specifically for empty properties, with specialty underwriting.
Commercial Property Insurance
Standalone commercial property covers the building, business personal property, business income, and extra expense for mid-market and larger accounts where a packaged business owners policy is too small. We compare carriers.
Liquor Liability Insurance
Restaurants, bars, breweries, package stores, and event venues all face liquor liability exposure. Standard general liability typically excludes alcohol-related claims, so dedicated liquor liability coverage is required.
Inland Marine Insurance
Despite the name, inland marine has nothing to do with boats. It covers contractor equipment, tools, mobile property, transported goods, and high-value items that move between locations. Critical for contractors and service-based businesses.
Builders Risk Insurance
A specialized coverage for buildings under construction, major renovation, or remodel. Covers the structure, materials on site, and materials in transit during the build. Required by lenders on most construction loans.
Equipment Breakdown Insurance
Standard commercial property covers fires, theft, and weather, but excludes mechanical and electrical breakdown of business equipment. Equipment breakdown coverage fills that gap, covering boilers, HVAC, electrical systems, and production equipment.
RV Insurance
Recreational vehicle coverage is a layered product, with motorhome, travel trailer, and fifth-wheel each underwritten differently. We review the carriers that write RV and walk you through the right structure for how you actually use the rig.
